LuxAura Boutique Salon Waterfall

I love my visits to LuxAura, and I have been supporting them for over a year now.The ladies are all friendly and make you feel so welcome.The reason for my 4 star rating is purely based the music playing in the salon. Unfortunately today when I was there, a song that was completely inappropriate and vulgar was playing. I haven’t minded the music or given it much thought until today. However this does need to be addressed and reconsidered by management.I will continue to support the ladies working there though. See you soon!

First time experiencing the most pleasant and quick acrylic soak off! Clean and beautiful premises! My nail tech Thembi was a gem! Love my new set of nails!!!

Always recieve friendly service...they get booked up very quickly during peak times of the month, so it works to book well in advance.

Two and a half weeks ago I went to the salon for gel nails. I never had any products on my nails prior to this. Thanks to this salon - I got nail fungus! I went to the doctor and this was confirmed. I am still waiting for management to get back to me. I have NEVER EVER had nail fungus before. Sadly this is attributed to clearly what is poor hygiene regimes and lack of sanitizing products/equipment within the salon. Not only is this an inconvenience financially (a doctors visit and antibiotics regime is costly), it sets me back minimum 6-9 weeks in trying to get pregnant as my husband and I are trying and the antibiotics I am now on you cannot take while trying for pregnancy! Thank you @LuxAura!
