The product I chose is very expensive to say the least but one does not mind paying for a strong quality product with a follow up when it is installed. The appointment of the installation made 48 hours before time and the time is kept to the minute. No waiting. The staff is pleasant, answering questions if necessary and overall clean and very friendly. The company in my view deserves 5 stars. I certainly would recommend Duo Shutters to anyone who would like to install those beautiful shutters. They are so versatile, easy to clean, practical and can be used in different room of a house.
