Rhino Cash & Carry

Very disappointing.this cashier asks me to go join que from the far side of the shop.i dont argue i do as told.next thing i see this indian lady approaching her till with her stuff and she says nothing and atttend to her.i go to her and ask her why is she not sending her away as she did me and she acted as if she cant hear me then she says the lady was from the other till she was asked to help her.it was a lie cause i saw the lady coming from the aisles.it is the lady customer who came to me and said sorry for the treatment i got.i had no problem with her because she was innocent in all this.kunzima kuthi bantsundu.sijongelana phantsi sodwa.very disappointed with Rhino staff member.

Security guy who checked my trolley was very rude he said nothing just pulled the trolley towards him, that was my first time going there & I promise you will never do my shopping at Rhino again

Rhino cash & carry very dat n they don't care about customers. These shortage of Trolers in the shop baskets are very dat they don't wash them these not parking for customers. Cashiers they don't have respect. Sometime you can wait at Parcel counter no one there. The Rhino that I'm talking about is there one and only in Buffalo street in East london.

Will be better if more sales person could avail themselves to customers

Got a very bad CUSTOMER experience at your KWT Store nd the store Manager went as far as refusing to give me any customer care number nor email address. I've sent yu guys a message and till today no one has contacted me

The shop is fair but little packed with almost everything you need from groceries to electric appliance and also electric accessories

I'm not rating any star as I had to carry the basket with both my hands because the baskets had broken handles, I can't even say about the slow and cheeky cashier's

They really do live by their mandate of providing the best quality products at a low price

The management is professional and the cashier who served me was very polite and patient with me.importantly, their house keeping was good

Rhino Manager couldnt help me load my pay at money mobile...she even wanted me to leave withoud loading it. Bad service Manager Rhino Buffalo Street East Londom
