This Steers has been in the same spot for more than 10 years, but it appears that there has been a lack of investment in the business.When ordering during load shedding, it was unbelievably hot in here and a big shoutout to Fikiswa for doing her best in very bad conditions.Virtually no customers could stand the heat, and the staff worked right through it - this is disturbing from a management perspective.The food took some time (for fast food) but could only count three staffers, so maybe that had something to do with the delay.It's such a pity because this used to be such a cool spot to get a quick good meal.No seating inside, but given the heat, I don't suppose many would want to sit here anyway.

We had phanda meal package with milkshake. It was a deal meal. This steers is more for take away service than a serving and seating. It had two small tables for seating. One inside and one outside.

I placed an order today and was quite willing to wait as I know it's wacky Wednesday and the shop was busy. When my nr was skipped and I enquired 20 min later I was ignored. One of my friends had to intervene and even the staff at Debonairs pizzeria went in to ask what is going on and no one bothered to advise me of anything. I went in and asked what the problem was. They told me by the way that my ticket got lost but no apology or nothing was given just silence. I then asked to speak to the manager and then everything could be done quickly. I even asked her why there was no communication and she didn't even apologize herself, telling me about the ticket that got lost etc and talking over me while I was talking. So unprofessional and rude. I've never had service like this before. The staff at Debonairs are such a pleasure to deal with but Steers should really either go for training or take a page out of the customer service book of Debonairs. When I got the order they just made, it was cold. How in heavens name did they make it and 5 min later it was cold. So all the while it was made and no one bothered to ask or follow up with the customer all standing outside. I always support the shop but today my patience was tested and although I still didn't act unreasonably I did advise the manager that I will put up a review. It's really disappointing to have to wait 30 min with no apology even when they are in the wrong.

The worst ever.i ordered ribs single rack and double rack.before I ordered I phoned in to ask about the raw weights and was told it is 300g and 600g before being cooked.I placed my order and 40mins later my delivery came and to my surprise it was so tiny that it’s impossible that it is the same ribs that I ordered.i phone the store to vent my frustration and was told the manager would call me back.up to now I have to received a call to explain.i choose to spend 460 at steers because I felt that the food is good,but if you rob your customers like that,then you don’t deserve my money.i will take this further and will make sure famous brands know this.I refuse to be a victim

One of the worst steers I've ever been too. After the 5th time ordering now, we realize the people here don't really care. Coming from Hillcrest, Durban we had a terrific steers in Polo Pony. This one is below par.Macon is terrible. Why can't you have both options available? This is a fast food restaurant not a religion.

Just spent R1000 on 4 portions of ribs. First time in maybe 10 years ordering ribs. Waited nearly an hour, were told it would take 25 mins. Most disgusting meal my family has ever eaten. Full fat slimey ribs, untrimmed, full of sinew, almost no meat and tough as nails. And guess what, 1641g of waste after we tried to eat them. I have the photos and the waste to prove it. Feel sick! Can't usually afford this kind of luxury.

Why do you only cater for a specific religious customers what about everyone else you could easily cater for everyone won’t be eating here. Will find a steers that caters for everyone
