The lady that helped me had a massive nasty attitude. She is light in complection and she was wearing those fake hair (weave) she was in that front desk. I greeted her and I had to repeat again. I asked a very simple question in a polite manner and she looked at me. You really don't judge a person by how they dressed. I'm running one of the biggest retailers in SA I know that a customer is a queen. I wish and pray that she changes her attitude since the rate of unemployment is too high in our Country.
