The owner of Handson Properties changed our rental contract after I signed it! She is dishonest, and I said it to her face. Now that a year has passed and the contract has expired, she tried to steal my tenants. When that didn't work, she threatens them with unlawful action. She also keeps the rent until the very ladt. Todsy is the 7th and still no rent! Stay away from Handson Properties!
