Although the setting is nice, I can honestly say that the service at the restaurant is next level" terrible! We had a reserved table with friends. We waited 20 MIN before someone asked if we were helped. Received menu then

We had a wine tasting, and Des went out of her way to make us feel at home. We then asked for a table for lunch, which they promptly arranged! The food was delicious and their wines are so reasonably priced in the restaurant. A bottle's price is what you usually pay elsewhere for a glass!!! We left with 4 cases of wine - all for just R900.

The best chocolate-wine pairing that I've had in the last year! Children-friendly. Just take care which day of the week you plan your visit as the restaurant is not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Good old comfort food is the order of the day at their restaurant. We visited for Sunday lunch and enjoyed the roasted Leg of Lamb with vegetables and white sauce and yellow rice. Malva pudding for dessert rounded it off perfectly. If you’re going with the kids, they have a doughnut trio option which the kids can decorate themselves with icing and toppings. There’s also a nice little kids play area to keep them entertained for a while too. And you obviously can’t vist the Home of Chenin Blanc without ordering a bottle!

We sat one hour and a half with no communication about how long our order was going to take .. eventually had to go in and ask, after being told it's still on the list. We left with our kids and now have to look for alternative places to have a meal.

Went here on Easter Sunday for wine tasting. The wine tasting is well presented and explained.I opted for the wine and chocolate pairing which was perfectly matched.They have an extensive range of wines and the ones we tasted were excellent. Got some sparkling wine and seltzer to take home.

The wine was very good and well priced. Des was the lady that went out of her way. She is an darling with an excellent sense of humour. Really an awesome experience.

Definitely a favorite hidden gem. Laid back atmosphere and friendly staff, make this slightly out of the way place a fantastic addition to the weekend. Kid friendly, the play area is next to the tables so you can keep an eye out and still have a divine pizza!

Very nice place to go have a wine tasting. A few hiccups like not really being able to hear what the hostess were saying most of the time.They also had a lack of availability for some of the tastings items. We really wanted to do the Marshmallow tasting but was not available. Again hostess explained but we could not really hear her.Great location to take some amazing photos or having photo shoots. Very clean and just a really nice vibe all together.The Chocolate tasting was really great and wines are amazing as well.The restaurants food was amazing. There were a bit of fruit flies flying around especially at the wine tasting area which was quite surprising. So just check out for those as it seems like they were drawn to the wine.
