The owner Patience and her front desk girl were EXTREMELY rude . I do not recommend this salon and the 2nd one she owns down the road . The rest of her staff were helpful but the owner (Patience)’s customer service is very poor.

I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I spent my entire day sad after doing my hair there, the hair dressers were criticising my hair, and peers were talking about how ugly my style is. Like honestly gossiping customers and your peers who don’t Understand Shona is very low. They are unprofessional and bully colleagues who do not understand their language. I have never seen such. We go to salons to look beautiful and it is your responsibility to make us feel good about our crown not to criticise. All this happen in the presence of owner. They are not nice people with no customer skills!!!!.

If I could give it zero or no stars I would, never ever going back here, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. The front desk lady doesn’t know how to do hair at all, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a salon that does my hair and I just wasted my money on treating my hair and it still looked the way it looked when I came there, actually even worse. Yhuu hhay shame

I do not recommend this place for anyone, the hairdressers do not know how to handle people's hair. The from desk lady is rude and I will never go nack there. I had to go back twice for my wig and was fold I needed to pay extra for their own mistake

This place is a no from me. Waited hours to be attended to and although I asked the hairdresser to not make my cornrows too tight she continued to make them extremely tight. Could barely sleep from the pain.
