Arntech Security

Professional and efficient, that’s what I experienced with Sue and the Arntech rep. From friendly telecoms to fast email turnaround time, this is my new go-to alarm service provider.

I highly recommend Arntech Security. On two occasions after an urgent call from our complex, they came out both times the same day even though they were fully booked, they made a plan to assist. Since then they have done other scheduled work on our sliding gate. Not only are the office staff efficient, but all technicians we had on site so far have been extremely professional, diligent, polite and a pleasure to deal with. This is a well run company with excellent staff and service and everyone in our complex agrees.

Had several sub-par experiences with this company, but in the latest they took more than one full week to revert back with a quote on a broken lock. A lock needed to secure a building. This after taking several days to attend to the matter in the first place. The response, when we eventually got it, was in the form of a quote for a few thousand rand to buy a new lock, because it was apparently beyond repair.When requesting the lock back to get additional quotes, the response was that it would cost R800 for a callout, plus a few hundred rand delivery fee.Essentially, they held the lock, and our security, hostage. Eventually they returned the lock - and we repaired it for 1/3 of the price in 48 hours. They told us it was impossible to repair and will fail again - it's still going strong after several hundred strikes a day for the last month.They'll likely respond to this review like they do any dissent directly - abruptly, and with comments that they've been in the industry for many years, are professionals, prefer new over repairs, etc.My advice - there are businesses out there who care about customers, and there are businesses who care about their own bottom lines ahead of customers. I prefer to deal with companies that find the balance between the two - and there are many in this space.

Arntech Security is always my first thought when my home security is at risk. They are reliable with excellent quality products and are excellent value for money. They also employ very knowledgeable staff who are just a joy. They certainly have a winning business formula that put customers at the centre of everything they do. Well done Arntech Security !

I LOVE Arntech. I came across them by searching online and noticed the good reviews and also that they are not far from my house. I was so pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and professionalism and all round good service. Also, very importantly, they didn't push to replace my old alarm system, they were happy to just do some basic repairs. They are all about the customer. I was so happy with their initial work, I had them come back and install electric fencing and they did an amazing job. I wouldn't look any further for any security needs.

I have used the services of Arntech Security for several years and have referred them to many of my clients. They are on time , their service is of a good quality and they will not replace if they can safely repair. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable, the office is responsive and the level of service is always excellent whether the job is big or small.

MAY 2023I do not enjoy writing these 'negative' reviews, but if no one says anything how is the business supposed to improve?It has been over a week to get our security gate fixed, now the excuse is that they are short staffed, after arranging a time for repair/installation. now we have to wait....I thought after seeing good reviews of this company, they were the best to use - apparently NOT.they are not reliable as stated by the owner on their web page.JUNE 2023After having a reply from the owner and their willingness to make things right for reasons beyond their control, the stars increase :-)That is good management!

Fantastic service yet again. Fully booked for the entire week but assisted me after evaluating the issue. Communication was fantastic. Service on site efficient and friendly. Also a follow up phone call the next day to confirm all is in order before invoicing me for the work done. Well done guys

It was second tome i have used Arntech. First was emergency at my business and technician came the same day even as i was first time customer. Second time was at my house. Very professional approach, not only fixing the problem but also checking other possible faults in the system. Highly recommended service provider. Thanks Arntech

Needing a new intecom system for my home, I didnt really know where to start. So I googled and came across Arntech. Gave them a call and that was the start of the great service I recieved. They were amazing from Jon who came through to quote right through to delivery. Eric and Rico were on time, thorough, professional and neat on site. It was was pleasure and would highly recommend.
