I have stopped at this Shell couple of times and each time it was unpleasant. Either I had to wait extra long, perhaps because I drive a Motorbike, or staff just being rude. I try and avoid this stop ad much as I can.

Long night of studying I popped in at the shell, grabbed something to eat only to be shown off by Patricia at the main counter. Her insisting I pay at Viva however there was no one at the till and the more I explained to her there was no one there- the more aggravated she got with me, after four attempts of wanting to pay for my sandwich the second teller called out to the staff at viva to assist me.Honestly, this is disappointing as I always get my coffee from this station but it was the first time in the evening and this is how the staff treat customers. You shouldn’t employ staff like Patricia - I’ll never come back again, not that my business will make a difference however, it doesn’t take much for your staff to be kind!

Got my car washed here today.Really terrible job, random things from my car floor were just left on my passenger chair, old marks and dust spots as if I hadn't washed the car at all. One of the gentlemen was also quite rude and didn't speak to me at all when I was trying to take my key and thank him for cleaning my car. Never going back.

They might need some automated card machines on the gas stations so customers can help themselves because no one comes to serve you for fuel

I received poor and customer service from the cashier and the security guard on duty last night at 22:00.I wanted to buy pie and I was told to take the last three that were remaining bearing in mind that was not the flavour of my choice .I was also told to serve myself.Unpleasant clientele service !!!!

Just waited close to 20 mins to get fuel to at your station. Was not attended to and left.1744 Sunday. Unfortunate because this has been my local station for some 5 years - service has been good until today. Done with Shell Glenhove.

Terrible washing ability. Not shy to charge but unfortunately the lack of staff are not allowing them to wash properly it seems. After waiting over am hour and a half for the wash to be completed it needed to go back for round 2.A refund was issued and was greatly appreciated. Couldn't wait for another wash.

Dear owner, your petrol attendants are running this place inefficiently. I’ve just visited, they close most pumps. I’m enquiry after seeing what a backlog is taking place about whether they had fuel. The answer was yes and they only have two pumps working. The rest have not been operational for a while. As the cars started to pile up further, they then said come over to the pump which wasn’t working. Really poor service from this station

The service at this garage leaves a lot to be desired.I have been to this garage at least four times, and coincidentally each time there was loadshedding.The lines to the pumps are just long, and the attendants seem to be slow, or they just don't care. This last time one of the attendants had even turned into a mechanic fixing some lady's car which seemed to be leaking water on the entire pavement, and he just kept pouring in the water.The only reason I have kept coming back is just for the shell v-power points only.
