Dishonest and professional thief.He collected a petrol generator aroud Sep 2022 that was not working and asked him to to convert to LPG. He sent me a bill of R4000 that I paid. When I managed to get hold of me. Then he stopped taking my calls or replying. I went to his shop where I found the machine is the same state that he collected it. I then had to negotiate get some of my money back. He would only pay R2700 because he collected the generator. To date I have only received R1350. None of my calls are being answered and no other payment made.

Done a good job but find after service disappointing. We overpaid and waiting for our payment 3 weeks ready. Not returning msgs and not answering phone if we call.

Contacted them for a service stating that we were getting 2 warnings on the screen, we eventually had the service, the technician left a huge mess all over the generator and broke our water cap.On the first use of the generator post service, we got the same warnings and a full breakdown, over a crazy busy time. And stage 4 load-shedding.This person would not take our calls and was MIA.THE SERVICE WAS NOT CHEAP!Eventually we got someone else to come out and assist, at an additional cost, they came after hours and sorted everything!Please do-not use The Generator Guy.
