They know their stuff no dought, but i was extremely disapointed with their sales support, the contractor redoing my pool Marblelite, he had me buying the marblelite and the sales person did not mention to me or the contractor that we needed to added calcium to the marblelite as the sales person assumed the contractor knew what he was doing. Sadly the contractor was a flight by night and I believe that it could of been avoided if the sales person protected his brand and his client - me, I am the one that paid the bill not the contractor.

This pool shop staff go over and beyond to assist their clients, and has a vast knowledge of their products. While I look for parts that I need I see they give everyone the same best service. It's such an awesome store. Keep it up guys. Thank you Jason for always going the extra mile .
