We engaged Discus to create and print the signage for our new office. The service we received was fantastic, the signage was perfect and the turnaround was very prompt. I would recommend them to anyone wanting signage for their office or fit-out.

The printing service from this place is surprisingly poor. No quality control or minimum standard. Firstly my prints were left on the roll which was meters long untrimmed, even though I had requested them to be trimmed both verbally and in writing. They said it'd take one more day if I wanted to have them trimmed, which would go over their 3- business day turnaround they had told me before. The prints themselves were shocking and completely unusable. If they had laid their eyes on them they'd agree with me. they had done a test print prior supposedly and said nothing about the very obvious problems, including crude banding. I had to get them reprinted at another lab with very tight time strain. Not one problem was present this time and i showed them photos of the product comparison. The response was, that I'd be offered credit if I were to use them again! A waste of time, money, fuel , resources and stress!

We have used Discus a couple of times for banners/flags for field days. Have always done a great job and have been easy to deal with. Will continue to use them for future requirements.
