Don’t ever purchase a leather or so called leather lounge suite fro Teds. It may be cheap but will cost you in the long term.. terrible product .. starts peeling and tearing after 2 years and no help from teds without cost .. not real leather .. rather pay the extra and get a decent set.. useless product and useless service from all including their management.. wasted my R 24k

Sell you stuff very fast then when you arrange delivery 2 weeks in advance a 12:30 delivery ends up at 15:00. Managers don't offer solutions just tell you to get your refund. Go buy from House and Home.....they practically follow you in the delivery vehicle after your purchase.....customer service.

If I have any regrets it would be purchasing a lounge suite at this store. I had bought a leather lounge suite or at least I was told that it is genuine leather. However, I am not sure if it really was made of genuine leather since it required repairing every year. Even though the customer service is excellent I wish the product was just as excellent.

Terrible Service. Bought a bed for my disabled father it broke the next day still waiting for replacement almost 2 months later!! They keep asking for my father to come in but he is not physically abled to do so..Please avoid zero care for customers and no urgency to resolve issues.

WORST STORE to buy furniture... I Bought a so called leather lounge suite only to be conned by the sales lady who sold the lounge suite and now doesn't even work at the store. The Lounge suite has peeled and fade so badly just by sitting on the sofa!!! never used any detergents not even a damp cloth to wipe yet they have faded so bad...called and emailed Ted's customer service but only to be told they can recover the Lounge suite at a an additional cost!!Even visited the Springfield store to be faced with such an arrogant salesman! TEDS HOMESTORE IS A Knockoff!!!

Really disappointing customer service, sales rep was so friendly and helpful until the sale was made. Straight after we paid we had to sleep with no bed for 3 days because said they said the money had not cleared even after I called my bank and confirmed the money had been cleared.They kept saying they would call me back and let me know but never did I had to call them every day to get a status update! Truly terrible service I will not use them ever again!
