SLOW! My order arrived from MRP at this company’s warehouse a full day ago and they are telling ne they can only deliver 2 days later. It is around the corner from my house and I have to wait 3 days to get my order after it is already delivered to them. Poor service, slow company. People there have absolutely 0 urgency

Hi I have been to the brentwood park depot and I tried to speak to security to let us in to reception or give us a contact number so we can call and ask for information regarding useing city logistics Services. We were told by security the company does not need our business.

Shocking service. They had a package at their Johannesburg office for a week. Each day they promise to deliver. After 5 days I eventually drove to Benoni to collect myself.

Their service is very good. They keep customers updated on the status of the courier.In terms of service delivery, its very bad, as my delivery took over 30 days. I constantly have to find out whats going on. They keep saying they will deliver but nothing happens.You'll end up wanting to collect by yourself.
