Unfortunately, the pizza lacks in flavour, I’ve tried two flavours and both were bland. Their dessert cookie treat was nice.

Very disappointing. We bought chicken tikka and let's just say it was dry and underwhelming. Very little toppings, definitely not chicken tikka. We ended up putting sauce on it. No value for our money at all.

On Sunday 22/01/2023 I went to the store with 15 mins to spare prior to closing time. There was a black man that just arrived seconds before me. I was told that the restaurant was closed, but he was assisted. Was it because of racism or that I didn't speak the same language as the staff. Very disappointing treatment.

I ordered my box with pizza and chips and a cool drink and I only received the My box meal with my coldrink. I feel called the store manager to tell them about my shoe at 17:06 but they said they gonna come back to me 10 minutes after and I still haven’t gotten a response it’s almost 5 hours now. I need my money to be transferred in my credit wallet please help

Has to be the worst experience you will ever have. You ask where is your order after 20 minutes , they walk away and continue like you do not exist. When i raised this the person next to me ask did they do that to you too?". Orders are always slow as staff walk at a snails pace

Received my pizza 1 hour later than expected. When I called, the manager blamed Uber.This is honestly ridiculous to play the blame game and not take responsibility. It is clear that Pizza Hut did not place my order on time. On top of that I received the wrong order!
