Decided to give ribs and burgers another try, and again, unfortunately, we did not have a ‘wow’ moment or anything to rave about during the meal. The burgers we got were really oily, you could taste it. Over and above that, we basically got like a tea spoon of tzatziki sauce on the burger and maybe half a cucumber slice, it’s was an honestly super disappointing burger ( in reference to the lamb burger). This reminded me why I never came back in such a long time to ribs and burgers, they need to up their game.The chips were probably the best part of the meal. The music in the ground was equally good. I suppose the set up, look and feel was good as well!Other than that, not something I would return to any time soon.

This is a great burger spot with delicious food. Their burgers have a unique, full flavour. Their portion sizes are generous. They are on the Entertainer App which is great to buy one and get one free. Their Milo milkshake is thick and mouthwatering. Service is good. We'll definitely go back (been there many times already!).

If it were possible to leave a zero rating I would. Apparently all their burgers are supposed to be medium rare but mine was cooked all the way through. I don’t even want to get started on the service with a waitress that wouldn’t even look my way.The manager isn’t open to open to receiving feedback, just in a hurry to apologise as if to say “you complain too much, shut up”.

Tasty burgers and chips... The milkshakes did not disappoint.. ultra creamy and thick... Simply delicious. We didn't wait too long for our food.. definitely check this place out... The surroundings are pretty cool as well

Great atmosphere, good vibe. Food was delicious, Wagyu was a bit over medium, but the overall taste was great. Price wise a really good find as well!All staff wearing masks at all times, and ample sanitizer available.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and place was clean and inviting.Order the Wagyu burger and chicken strips with blue cheese sauce. I enjoyed the juiciness of the burger despite my reservation that they make it medium rare. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken was also good. The strips were a bit on the dry part but the said compensated it.Staff was friendly and jovial. Overall great experience.

Not the best food - the ribs were a bit dry and the burger had mustard which didn’t compliment the other flavours in the burger. Prices are high (as expected in Sandton) but the restaurant has lovely waiters and decor.

Very disappointing ribs - 600gram ribs and bones must have been about 400grams hardly any meat and it was fatty maybe they should think of rather just calling themselves Burgers! My pups at home will most probably give a 5 review as they got the most of that meal R249 for dogs bones very pricey! The Burger my friend had looked good but as I said rather call yourself Burger and Bones ! I am changing from 2 star to 1 as Leighton says email with the concerns and then doesn’t respond seems just a response to look like they concerned when they aren’t.

I mean... look at the size of that rack o’ ribs. Impressive. I would suggest that they change their name to Ribs & Burgers & Shakes because the milkshake was one of the best I have ever had in the world. In fact, they should ditch the rest of the menu if they had to choose. If you like milkshakes, you might not have had a proper one yet. Go now.
