Disgusting service from the hair salon in the picbel mall cape town. Being the last appointment for the day and not having much knowledge on highlighting hair, they coloured my hair in such a hurry just so they could leave. Today I'm sitting with hair that has broken off and is extremely brittle. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They are very nonchalant and not friendly at all. The products they use cant be of good quality and half the staff seem incompetent. Definitely a matter for Hello Peter.

Not a good ambience (it's missing some colours and a sound system for the place. The radio was on and the tunes were terrible). Service is not good. I went to get the gelish nail done, they charged extra to remove the previous gelish, and not even cleaned the sides of the nail.

The last time I went in there cause I needed a manicure and I had free time, they told me they don't do walk ins, only appointments, meanwhile all the staff are free and the place is empty. Very weird concept they work under.
