Worst service ever! I've sent my ring in for resizing on the 11-06-2020 at your branch in Greenacres. I was told that it should be back by the 07-07-2020,i was called on the 7th to say that the repair center in Cape Town forgot to send my ring and the will have it here by the following week. I got a call earlier saying that they forgot to send my ring once again this week. This is ridiculous! Has my ring been lost???

My husband bought me an expensive watch for Christmas from NWJ. The very next day after Christmas my watch stopped working and needed the battery replaced. We went to Ballito Junction and they replaced the battery.We had to wait for approximately an hour or more. The next day the back of my watch fell off. The only thing we could do was go back to Balito once again. We had to wait a long time for the watch to come back. A month later I found out the winder of my watch was missing took the watch back and they replaced the winder. The winder has just come OFF AGAIN. I have been begging Ballito for an update and nothing for 6 weeks. My bracelet of my watch also started catching on my clothes. Shocking workmanship and shocking service. I bought a latan watch one month ago..now it's not closing/clicking where it's supposed to click n close,went to the shop nwj gateway..thy said th garantee doesn't cover the bracelet of my ⌚..I'm expected to pay for repairs while I only had it with me fo few weeks.. verry poor quality I'm disappointed n angry

Ordered jewelry on line on the 15 November 2021! Still have not received my goods after calling their head office!!! DEFINATELY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH NWJ!!

Do not buy from NWJ. You better off buying at china mall Since I bought my wife's engagement ring in June 2021 the little diamonds around the main diamond have fallen out twice and I see im not the only one experiencing this.Workmanship is pathetic and expect knockoff quality.

Good day,Trust that all is well.I got engaged on 13 July 2015. I needed to make the ring 2 sizes bigger, which I did round about January/February 2016. I went to NWJ River Square. Received my ring back 26 February 2016, R1332.00 for the enlargement. On Friday 23 September 2016, my ring broke!!!!! Men pay rather expensive for engagement/wedding rings, and then it breaks, this is very confusing and unacceptable... Went to give it in 25th September @ NWJ Vaal Mall and said they would send it away again. Ask me if they must send it to their Local Jeweller, or the Head Office??? This is not a question that I have to answer. What concerns me is that I must pay for the fixing of my ring because there is only a 6 month period on this as per slip (at the back) We ask why the ring breaks, the answer Because of the enlargement of my ring" I have never heard this in my life. In my opinion a engagement/wedding ring is not supposed to break

The prices are not much different to that of another jewelry store. So they not ridiculously more expensive than other stores like A.swiss etc.They do seem to have sales all the time which is great because you get the items for much cheaper than what they are valued.I do however think its best to go into store as the items may appear bigger than they are in store - hence my lower rating. I was quite under-whelmed with the itemKeep in mind you will need to have rose gold re-plated every year, so if you do see the items de-colour its not their quality its just a standard - check with jewelers. But overall decent quality.

Nwj doesn't even deserve a 1 star. My engagement ring, wedding ring and a bracelet all bought from NWJ had issues - diamonds on both rings fell off more than 3 times and bracelet cut atleast 4 times. I get told by Sagree at the Galleria NWJ that I must return my wedding ring and get a new one if I'm unhappy that the diamonds are falling off. I now get slapped with a bill for the bracelet when I wasn't even told that I could be charged for the repair of the chain!! The rings - on 3 separate occasions sent in for repairs due to missing diamonds, it comes back with the diamonds slanted and discoloured, how do I know whether or not the diamonds were replaced with the correct valued diamonds or not a cheaper one? I will never Shop at NWJ again nor will I recommend them to anyone especially given the fact that Chantel the store manager seemed very uninterested and I cannot even get hold of the headoffice. I work in the retail industry, not construction, how inferior are your products???
