Your network has a security breach. An sms containing a link belonging to DHL took me to a South African Post office relay to enter bank details for a payment in re: customs clearance in a small amount. Later on it charged the bank card with more payments originating from UAE. A day thereafter, the exact same link took me to a DHL official website that asked for the actual custom clearance payment. Bad for business.

My parcel was supposed to have been delivered to me by the 4th November and today is the 9th November I still havent recieved the parcel. All I get is being given run arounds and not getting the service that we paid for!!!! Very poor service.

Dhl courier im disappointed by how they operate,why do you call to inform about delivery if ur going to hand parcels to anyone you find at the address given but not the person on the delivery receipt?they delivered my parcel on the 15th august but i was not ther so i dnt know who took my parcel .where is security and confidentiality in this service?

DHL has times for delivery on their website 08:00 - 12:30, 14:00 - 16:30 or 08:00 - 16:30 which apparently you can choose from. To which only one they stick to. Which is they try to deliver by end of day. I guess South African DHL services are too lazy to update the website or they just don't bother to deliver within times requested. Either way super disappointing if you plan your life and try to organize when things like this can take place. Thanks DHL SA

I have to rate someone (Dudu Mbatha) at DHL. I was having an issue and was battling for about a week now, but with one customer care phone call the problem was solved. This lady knows what she is doing. By keeping the customers happy, spot on. Thanks again Dudu, hope you have a wonderful day.
