Very useless. Changed my banking details and notified them, still my account was in arrears. Fine, paid the outstanding fees. Today the sent me a message that i am owing them? You don't deduct and deliberately put my account on arrears. Run away from these scammers.

Tried calling for customer service to report a faulty signal- when you press 4 you are simply cut off. Tried the emergency stolen vehicle line - rings and rings and then cuts off. Imagine if my vehicle was stolen!!!Then tried the emergency tow in line which was answered after 3 minutes and the receptionist says she will put me through to customer service. Another long hold of about 4 minutes and eventually Lungele answers. One then goes through a long verification process to ensure they are speaking to the account holder. Eventually you get asked how they can assist.Not user friendly at all.

Rude and incompetent people work for Tracker. We are an existing customer (a company) and I phoned 3 times to find out a simple process: What is the process for applying for a new tracker installation?" and on 2 out of 3 phone calls the phone was put down in my ear. Is this how you treat your existing customers?"

Useless service. Firstly, no one contacts you back after completing the online contact form. Secondly the locations on their site for fitment centres in the Menlyn area takes you to who knows where. If I can't even find them, how am I supposed to trust them with my vehicle and/or family's safety. Thirdly the contact centre doesn't even have a clue as to their whereabouts.

Ive asked more than once to delete me from your database and to not contact me again. I am on every possible do not contact list and somehow you want to offer me a free upgrade on my existing unit. I do not every want your service and stop violating my rights by contacting me after I asked to stop.

The escalation process is more effective that the 1st line service/resolution. A week ago I provided a service rating of the call center, was not at all happy or impressed at the service recieved. I ended up being more frustrated.Yesterday I recieced a call from a consultant, she gave guidance, advice and offered to stay online while I try to correct my delemia .Thank you, the problem was resolved.If only things could be done, correctly the 1st time. Prevent customer irratation and unhappiness.Regards
