The service is very good and the workers are extremely polite. But I think that more interior polishing would raise the bar high in terms of what the car wash offers.

Took two cars to them and after 2 hours neither car was cleaned properly. Upon returning to them with our complaint we were told by the manager (Malcolm) that he was doing us a favour by cleaning the car properly the second time we went. DON'T USE THESE GUYS. Rude and shoddy workmanship.

Left my car with them for an hour and a half. Upon my return, I found my car had only been washed, not yet dried or cleaned inside. There wasn't even anyone working on it. After throwing my toys a little, I now have one person working on it. I have to stand in the parking lot for the remaining 20 minutes because the manager has been smoking in the waiting area! It's a Tuesday at 11:00 so I don't see why the service should be so poor.

Been washing my car here for 5 years! Awesome service! I’ve tried other carwashes, but here they do the best job! Drop your car off, go for a coffee upstairs come back and voila! New car!

Car wash took well beyond 2 hours. And when I finally did get my car, I was told I had to pay extra because there was a little bit of dog hair in the car. Unbelievable.

This is the second time I have been to this car wash, and have not been very impressed. When you are inside you cannot see the finer details until you drive out into the light. My car literally looks as if it has not been washed or vacuumed properly. Up your game guys.

Horrible experience. You wait hours and hours for your car to get cleaned. And then one of the cleaners broke my seat side covers and the person in charge tells me they are not liable for any damage of the car. Not pleased at all.

Consistently rubbish. Car was again not cleaned properly, inside or outside. Wheels were not even touched. Emailed complaints 2 weeks ago, no response. Will not go back.
