When you're not happy with the service and raise concerns with the owner, you get blocked and ignored. Support black owned business they say, we do, and we get nothing but bad and distasteful service from them!My car had no arid bag issues before it went in to them, 2 days after that, there's an issue. I raise that with the owner and I'm told to go elsewhere if I'm not happy with the lie service as they've worked on many cars before and haven't had any issues. WOW!OH, and I got blocked because I raised this issue with him! Thanks for nothing!

Fantastic service.Dedicated owner(Jeff) who is hands on and very knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Gives valuable advice and how to negotiate automotive mechanical challenges. Contrary to the perception that small black owned businesses do not provide excellent service,this experience was a breath of fresh air especially in the automotive repair space.Will definitely be visiting them again should the need arise. Highly recommend Truelex Auto.
