The dispatch section is a thing to be fixed, you are in waiting forever this is something to be fixed urgently, (preferably house & home must make customers to choose to use the front dispatch or the back )It's better to let the bought item be taken in front than waiting for loooong time at the back. The front service is the best

House and Home Newcastle's staff, management and products are really awesome! I have bought allot of products from them that is well priced and quality. Management also have been really good wrt their after-sales service and the staff always knew me by name and took interest in me as an individual. Well done to the team and brand!

Me and my husband wanted to go buy something there. We were turned away at the entrance because we were accompanied by our 4 year old daughter.Hubby and the daughter had to wait outside and I went in. While I was shopping a couple came in with 2 kids and were allowed to go in. When I asked the manager why my family was not allowed to come in I was then told they can come in. I believe they should apply same rules to every person. We were allowed access only because we were complaining about their inconsistency.Very bad experience!!!!!!

The front staff were warm and accommodating, but the staff at the dispatch at the back of the store were rude and short. We couldn't get ahold of the security, waited ages.Would have preferred for them to have taken our chair to the front of the store where I was already waiting, but instead I had to drive behind the entire mall to get to a ding parking lot and wait for them to verify that I did buy the chair 5 minutes earlier.

This store seems to pride itself on terrible service. I have bought here numerous times and they never fail to disappoint. The staff does not bother to info customers as to what is going on because they would rather talk to each other. Extremely disappointed in this store.

Fantastic shop, the staff are the absolute best always willing to help and always happy to see you and greeting you when you walk in, I've bought most of the stuff in my house from them due to the fantastic service I've received over the time I've bought from the shop, if you're looking for a bed, fridge, washing machine, portable aircons and many other things visit House & Home you won't be disappointed.

Terrible experience it was today for me the manager shouted at me like she was talking to her domestic worker at her tuck shop or her child. It was really shocking to still have somebody treating customer like that ..this day and age.She should know better
