Quaint complex, security seems good

Nice complex. Friendly neighbors. Only thing is that water and electricity are not prepaid. I found the electricity to be very pricey and it did not matter what I did to save. And the water bill is questionable.

It a nice quiet place to live, however, neighbors in the complex are not so polite. Basically ignore everyone and just live in your house

There's a problem with the gate most of the time,there's noise by other tenants on other days the rent amount is quite too high for the area.The upkeeping of the yard cleanliness is not up to minimum standards,there's so much water in the yard when it rains which causes green things on the ground that looks and grows like algae.The quality of seperation wall are not good at all because you can hear person coughing in the next apartment.Winter are very coldPrepaid Meyers can work much better because electricity bill are quite extreme..come winter we cannot even switch on heaters due to high cost of electricity.It used to be a good place but I could be somehow neglected

Great complex, close to various areas, well maintained and neat. The units are great small but have enough room for a couple.
