I had a broken pipe that needed to be replaced. Metropolitan plumbing had someone come to me at the earliest time that was convenient for me which I really appreciated. Jake arrived well within the specified time, was professional and helped me understand the extent of the problem and provided a quote with the explanation of all possible payment options. I really appreciated Jake's professionalism and he left the worksite (a garden bed under a large hedge) so clean and tidy I was very impressed. Plenty of tradesmen have trashed my garden so I was really grateful. I would definitely ring this company again for plumbing issues.
