Absolutely terrible service, I cancelled my service with them with immediate effect more than a year ago as I had no response from them when I triggered the panic button and when my alarm goes off. They have been phoning me and harassing me for the last installment ever since threatening to hand me over. WHY PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE NOT GETTING? I will not recommend this company at all.

Super impressed, i inquired about security on wednesday and gave them the go ahead to do the installation and they made a plan to have a techy come and do the installation early thursday morning even though they were fully booked for installs. Great service Jan and Kobus thanks for the help.

I cant rate SWS their services is very bad service they don't respond to the phone calls they cant even phone back - they do not know what is customer service
