SKYE Rooftop Bar and Restaurant
Had the privilege of going for supper at the beautiful Skye deck located in Sea Point on the rooftop of the beautiful Hyde Hotel. All covid protocols was followed upon arrival. The staff was friendly and kind, the food was delicious and the cocktails was amazing and then last but not the least the restaurant and view was amazing. I would definitely visit again and recommend anyone to give them a visit.

A warm inviting smile from Melindie made us feel welcome when we arrived at the rooftop. She showed us everything and off we went to find a beautiful scenic spot.Our waitress, Mary, almost immediately asked us what we would like to drink etc and her service was amazing. Later that evening we went into the bar and Marshal and all the staff were so friendly and super helpful. The kitchen also makes the most amazing meals.Thank you for making our anniversary special and for spoiling us.

If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience in the heart of the city, Skye Rooftop bar and restaurant is definitely worth a visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home.The restaurant boasts a stunning view of the city skyline, making for the perfect backdrop to our meal. The food was simply outstanding - every dish we tried was prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and a creative touch that left us wanting more.But what really set Skye apart was the service. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and always on hand to make recommendations or answer any questions we had. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff (Noxy, Angela, Leonard, The Chef & Barman) made the experience truly exceptional.Overall, we had an unforgettable evening at Skye Rooftop bar and restaurant. If you're looking for a high-end dining experience with incredible food and service, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

SKYE Rooftop Bar and Restaurant
My girlfriends and I had our first experience on Saturday. For a Saturday, it was surprisingly not that busy. The food ranged from ok to good, mainly because of the rustic fries. The drinks were better especially their strawberry daiquiri and the happy hour Hamilton gin.Altogether, we had a wonderful time.

Laid-back but extremely sophisticated dining experience, with stunning views of the sea point coastline. I opted for the 3-course experience which was delightful.For starters, tempura prawn, which was well plated but unfortunately quite a small portion. For mains, calamari and chips which was absolutely delicious - no complaints. For dessert, crème brûlée - which unfortunately was disappointing. However I’m impressed with the manager who rectified the situation after bringing the dissatisfying dish to his attention.The staff are friendly overall and the service is efficient and professional. It gets quite busy late afternoon / evening, thus expect to wait a bit longer than usual for meals to arrive. With that being said, bookings in advance are always recommended.

Oh WOW,what an amazing experience my wife and I had. Brilliant cozy atmosphere. Booking is essential due to it being so popular. Food was brilliant and service of our host Marshall was top notch. Outside is just as fabulous and the view is stunning. Drinks,food and the perfect getaway,if u r looking for something different. Highly recommended.

SKY restaurant and bar was so amazing, compliments to the chef as the food was super enjoyable and outstanding. The restaurant really was sensational, employees and managers were professional and always had a smile on their face. The atmosphere and ambience was awesome. Another factor they really went out of their way for my special day. I couldn't have spend it anywhere else so thank you SKY Bar and restaurant. Would definitely return.

In terms of food i have few bad experiences but one thing for sure i addressed them snd they were rectified and that made me don’t hesitate to go back every now and then.Food is good, service excellent value for money space is brilliant and kept clean and tidy. But for a meal you have regularly and when you return the portion is smaller than before didn’t really understand but all in all place is amazing and i will definitely go back for my favourite meal chicken burger.The chefs really pay attention when it comes to the burger it is nice and juicy very delicious
