Not good delivery service as I'm waiting 2weeks for parcel that needs to be delivered today but the device is faulty of the driver

very bad service. called several times and all they do istransfer my call to different department.

I'm not suprized to see shocking reviews of DSV Domestic SA! My document was dispatched on 2023/02/27. Since March 1 I've been calling and tracking this important document EVERY day....and it is in the Cape Town depot, but they promise EVERY day it will be delivered - needless to say, it is now 10 DAYS!!!! The phone is NEVER answered!!! I cannot even rate them - it will be MINUS 5 stars!! GRRRRR!!@!!!

You will want 20 minutes on hold when you call and then the person eventually answering the call will give you attitude. Just another pathetic service level from a South African company. No wander we are a third world country.

No surprises that from the number of reviews, their scores are so low. They've literally lost our parcels, scattered 5 boxes over the country, and can't reply to a single email with more than I'm your delegated liaison in this matter. I'll give feedback on xyz date" And repeat. And repeat. Email after email. Day after day. Eventually MY own staff went to walk the warehouse

Should be an 0star rating . 2 order's via my supplier to them and both packages mark urgent and over night . They have no customer service nor feel anything for the client so like an don't care attitude. I have also informed my supplier and they agreed to rather look at an new supplier that they can use instead of having complaints every time .Requested call back from an Manager and nobody calls you back so that proof it .So happy i don't deal with DSV generally . A lot of other courier companies out there delivering a lot better service and greater attention to detail .

There should be a zero rating. I was guaranteed that my parcel will be delivered between 10:00 and 12:00 and I blocked this out in my busy diary. Needless to say it did not arrive. Shocking.

If I could leave no -5 I would. They BLATANTLY LIE to clients. What is wrong with you? Close your doors. Just close them. Your service, company and way you do business is an abomination. NEVER will I make use of your services again. NEVER.

Shocking service! Credit card was not delivered as scheduled. Spent 30mins on the phone either listened to music or being transferred from pillar to post before the call was cut off. Would not recommend anyone to use this service.

TRULY pathetic service. If I could give them no stars for this review I would. After reading the reviews now I struggle to understand why anyone would use DSV to deliver anything. Any attempt to call has been forwarded to a number that cuts me off or to someone that puts me on hold again. There's also no option to pick up the parcel yourself. The tracking number I was given does not exist and register on any other website but theirs. They mention that they have tried to call me but I received no call to arrange for a delivery of the parcel. Eventually when a time was agreed upon, the delivery guy was no where to be found. no message. no email. no response. As I write this I am still waiting for my parcel. As a suggestion, for anyone who hears about a company that uses DSV to deliver anything, rather opt out and try another product or even don't bother at all. not worth the stress and time.
