I feel like I paid over R2600 for repairs now I spent R250 for a cable and now I have to spent another R250 for a power cable. Disgusting service. Just cost me more money. What kind of operation are you guys running.

Mixed reviews of this place. Today I waited about 20 minutes for service, while the salesmen had their heads down. Didn't mind paying their price if I had got my product. Very poor customer service, at least acknowledge the customer, that would be understood. While waiting, I phoned other places and managed to save 250.00 per product. Training is needed here.

The sales department never answer the phone. You phone three, four sometimes five times and wait more than 5min each time till the call drops. The website is one of the worst too.
