Total rip off, will NEVER use DTM again ... took my car in because there was a problem with my brakes (I didn't know what was wrong with it, that's their job to look and find out) ... they tell me it's gonna cost R12 000 - need new brakes .... So pay the small fortune and the problem is still there .... take it back and they say the arms are totally rusted thru" So that's R7 000 to fix + R350 for just looking (amazing they didn't see that on the first inspection). So I took it somewhere else and they charged me R2 000... will NEVER use DTM again!!!!!"

Did you see their new promises slogan? Don't believe it..... Scrappy service received with no apologies from management. Only reason why I will ever go back is because of Ben in spares, he cares about the customers.

Fantastic service by Hendrik Reynde putting my vehicle at the front of the queue when en route from Knysna to Cape Town I realized my front brakes were in dire need of replacing. Less than two hours later I drove away with new pads and disc. Thank you Nissan and especially Hendrik.

PATHETIC!!! They took in their Bakkie for the yearly service and a week after that service the gearbox broke. This is now 5 weeks later and and STILL NOT FIXED. This is absolutely pathetic and incompetent people working there. My parents must work with someone in Pretoria to fix the problem
