I gave 1 star just because of one person called Luks at DOL Parade street CT. Else it would be a fat zero!! Why do you not answer your phones? Why do you think that people with absolutely no income should wait until you feel like releasing there funds? Why is it OK to punish us for internal corruption and fraud?I am sure that no-one even monitors this feedback.

Such a disgusting set up for struggling people to get their UIF. Longest wait of my life and still no help. System is offline for an hour now and noone is behind their desks. It's such a badly run department. It deserves less then 1 star.

2 days, 8 hours every day, no service provided, was outside the building and never reached a consultant..They could introduce a number system so that no one waste to time hoping to get helped

Wish I could give it zero stars. Can’t really be angry though, all government institutions are just a failure! Unhelpful staff with no people skills, have no genuine desire to work in service, clearly hate their jobs and are just there for a paycheck. Worst part was being told by one of the ladies assisting the maternity leave section that I needed an extra copy of a document but then pointed out I should stay clear from certain staff in the front and ask one particular staff member there instead as the “others won’t help Coloureds”. What in the world is that kind of attitude? What does race have to do with it? and she said that so nonchalantly too as if denying people service or help based on race is the norm!

What an absolute horrible experience. All of us are waiting like sitting sheep. No assistance. Everyone is on tea. Noone behind their desks. This government really makes me sick with how the people of this nation are treated! Who elected these people to be in charge! Total waste of our time and we all are here cause we are desperately needing our UIF monies.

The service is extremely poor, they don't know what they are there for! They don't know that they are public servants. This was a waste of my time & everyone's to be exact!. We stood outside from 8h00 - 14h00, no one was helped (no movement on the que lines). We could only see them when they were going out to buy lunch & locked themselves in the building! The security that works there took a look at our bank stamped document & told us that we will only be helped tomorrow. Apparently, if your document is stamped on the day, they can not help you, it's still fresh - they can help the next day or the day you decide to go back(they turned us back). They don't even deserve a star, those employees are tired & don't want to work. They're very useless and incompetent. They should have at least taken our documents and capture everything to the system. They don't need us there, everything has already been filled in the forms...

To hand in application.Stood in almost 40 degree heat for 4 hours only to be told they are off line and have to try again the next day omw. In all the time we stood there only 5 people was let in. There is no structure. To top it all the poor babies who for some absurd reason has to come with the mother to apply for maternity benefits. Totally putrid service. To
