NTP Security

I was pleased with their service when i had a break in. My alarm was not armed but they responded quick when i called and they assisted me sufficiently. I would recommend their services.

The worst security company out there, don't waste your time and money on these people. Criminals will Rob and hurt you and these people will come when it's all over. I tried them several times but they are way too unprofessional. I have 3 properties, the two in the east of Pretoria is guarded by bull security and let me tell you that they are a real protection service, you feel safe with them. But NDP Is worse than my garden boy.

Bad service I renovated my house and asked for a reinstallation and all the did was bad bad bad.Everything the did is just a big mass and the just delivered bad service honestly.All wires are sticking outSensor falling offPlease come do some.

There reaction Unit is very fast in coming for assistance, their cars always moving around the area, I feel safe when NTP security is around the clock.

NTP security is not competent at all. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of being a customer since last year and have consistently had the same problem with their faulty alarm system. The alarm (which they installed) has been arming and disarming itself since we got but they still can't seem to figure out what the problem is. What's more infuriating is that it goes off at least twice a day and they still claim the issue is not their system. I would not recommend NTP security and I will not be renewing my contract with them.

Good, i would like to see more of this, since it accomodates people from various places to have access when visiting our businesses.Thank you

Unprofessional technicians and billing issues. On multiple occasions I’ve had to request technicians to redo installation because they always make mistakes: upgraded my system in 2018 and added remotes then remotes remained faulty for 6 months. After fixing remotes, system was struck by lightning. They came out to do an assessment 4 months after the initial call I had logged. They did repairs only on the main system not keypad since it was not damaged. They provided the invoice then technicians claimed that they replaced the keypad. This is the same technician who took our old system after initial upgrade and claimed he would return the unit!! I’m now stuck with a debit on my account of 3x the premium after a simple request to move my debit date.

They do their best, I was with them for 3 years

U call for ur alarm to b fixed. U constantly being told about technician who will never arrive to fix ur alarm problem. Poor service. I’ve spoken to Marcia n Kgothatso.
