From the security guard outside,to the receptionist and to the service providers,they were very friendly..i didnt have to join long ques and wait for too long to be attended to..unlike some governmental department,it was very quick..i was happy with their service..thank u SARS PMB

The offices in Pietermaritzburg are closed till further notice. This is according to a sign posted outside the building. The call number had me holding on from number 868 to the point of frustration. I resorted to the SARS mobiApp which was successful. I would recommend that others do the same especially since Sars has given a few days to attend their notice. Very unreasonable for those who are not IT savvy.

August SARS experience. Ran out of data and battery before ran out of queue. Teller stepped on Lego this morning. Got hit on twice. Left without money. Zero stars

Some of the staff are related to the ops manager and therefore slack off, any complaint is therefore futile
