Absolutely the worst service ever. I cannot understand how a company can exist with the way they deal. Promised to repair glass for 3 days and then on the 3rd day stated they will only come the next day which will be after we have left for holiday with a big open window unsecure.Got another company to sort out within 3 hours with great service, no empty promises.

Sad that one cant choose 0 stars. Placed an order and paid in full in August for 2 mesh doors . It is now the 19th October. They first told us 10 working days and the whole job will be done. It is now 10 weeks. They turned up today with only 1 door with 1 handle so you can only open the door it you are inside but stuck it your outside they also didn't use the material they quotedus for. We asked for alliumthe supplies plastic. The owner doesn't return any calls nor email or WhatsApp messages. Wort company ever. Will be going to the store tomorrow to try and get a refund

No after service, they send people when I am not at home. Dont fix their stuff. My windows can still open after being locked. No point of talking to the owner. Very sad

If you want to avoid the stress of a business that won't return your calls and has an unprofessional attitude, take your money elsewhere. Elwierda Glass & Aluminium takes your money and does not deliver the product or service you pay for. Use another company, any other company, that will do what they promise and be there for you when you need them. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

Useless. After calling them and visiting their shop I still dont have a quote for my window after 1.5 weeks. This is the second time I used them, and the second time they don't deliver.

They took wrote my measurements for a piece of glass incorrectly, told me to come back an hour later and still didnt have my glass ready for me. No one knew who I was or what I had ordered. Glass came back incorrectly sized for what I needed. I returned to the store to ask if they can rectify the mistake that was made on their behalf by taking the glass given to me back and cutting a new piece with the correct measurements. I wouldn't have a problem paying in the difference. And I was told rudely and flat out no they cant help me and if I want a larger piece i need to repay for a new piece. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I just dont understand why they wouldn't rectify the problem because they could have made more money by allowing me to pay the difference in, instead they have lost customer.

For my new house, I had to order a lot of aluminium frames and double glazed windows. I was skeptical about using these guys due to the number of bad reviews both here and on Hellopeter. However, my building contractor managed to get the cheapest price from them and insisted on using them (he has used them for years).Now due to it being end of the year and lots of loadshedding, they said that they were behind schedule and delivery would take about 4 weeks. After one week, 80% of the frames and windows arrived, the next week most of the last things arrived except for side windows for the one folding door. Those arrived literally the day before or on the date that they were originally supposed to deliver everything.After the plastering, there was one issue on the one door that didn't want to close properly and another door that was scraping when opening / closing. They came out promptly after we notified them and they fixed both issues.Also, I'm happy with the quality of everything.

I phoned about 5 weeks ago for a replacement of a sliding door glass. Was told they will phone me to come out for the measurements. No phone call received up to date.Went there today for another glass order, when I got there I was told there is no glass cutters to assist, I must come back at another time. I asked if it was maybe possible just to order it in the meantime. I just wanted to give my measurements. The lady said no, they are on lunch, its the only time they have to rest. Really? Please dont desturb them between 13:00 and 14:00! Will never go back!

They do not even deserve that 1. I made a deposit of almost 90% on my shower door and they refused to do the installation before I make full payment. Their service is extremely bad. Their workmanship is amazing!!!!!
