This is an absolutely awful and unethical insurance company ! One of their clients smashed my car from behind about 2 months ago and no repair or feedback has been given thus far and their staff is not helpful at all. Whoever is with Peter Christie I suggest cancel and switch over to a more reasonable insurance company who will be there for you when you need them the most.

Their client illegally did a I-turn and smashed into my husband in January. Now I'm sitting with this endless battle with Santam!!!! The whole process has been painful and I haven't heard one word from Peter Christie... If that's a person or anyone that works there. Covid times have certainly not brought out the best in people. If somebody had just explained the situation to me it would have gone a long way. Disgusted in this agency and so glad I changed my insurance from Santam to another provider.
