I was so disappointed in the service at the clinic, at first they seemed so helpful. Clinic sister told me she will contact me in about 5 days or less for my lab results. After 3 days, the results came back on the Ampath App. Clinic sister did not even bother to phone me after 10 days waiting.

Worst cashier service ever! They are so rude and sit and chat at their tills while there’s a long queue of customers waiting to pay. You ALWAYS have to double-check all the items on special because they never reflect on their screens! Then they walk as slowly as possible to the isles to check the items’ pricing. They WANT you to get impatient & upset! Not a care in the world.

Their pharmacy side is by far the slowest in all the Dis-Chems I’ve been to. Extremely slow, it’s highly frustrating because it’s the same whether the queue is long or short. I don’t know why I keep forgetting and coming back here.
