Very rudely received at the Debonairs in Loch Logan. After deciding what to order, having 4 employees look at me, not one came forward to take my order. Then one lady signaled an employee from the back to tell me to order on the electronic self help screen. I can understand if it was busy but I was the only customer and did not appreciate the bad service.

Ordered at 18h00.Phoned at 20h00 to enquire said I must wait another 45 minutes. Phoned at 21h15 said I must wait another 15 minutes. It is 22h00 still no food

The service is horrible! You que and get to till and told since you are using a bank card you must go use self service machine. You get there you que again with no1 to assist you in placing order. You must go ask for help. Then still wait over 60mins to get an order on a Sunday at after 4pm when it's not even busy. Staff is lazy, disorganized and rude!

Ordered pizza in the morning. Got the wrong pizza entirely, I've been trying to contact the store to tell them I got the wrong pizza but theres been no response from their customer service for the past few hours.

ordered a pizza then waited for 2 whole hours, I called to check only to find out the store closed 10 minutes, Some high level of incompetency!!!!Still could not get my refund till I went to the store with my bank statement, how the hell cant i get my money the way you got it!!!!!!!!!?

Ordered around 19:30pm the been saying he's infront of my place but I'm standing outside for almost an hour now(from 21:30pm) now it's 22:17pm and the phone of the franchise and the driver they not going through.
