Ordered 5 of 228x38x6.6m timber with delivery. Timber was extremely buckled and totaly unuseable for project. Cant believe they delivered that. Awh well now will have to cut them and try to use small pieces somewhere else. Cant trust them to deliver reasonable timber.

A lot of things seems in order and spot-on well displayed items however I have for more than 2 occassion s experienced some prize conflicts when it comes to paying that. Is the self price and system prize so walkie talks gets to cross voices trying to fix eg.side inlet ball valve,and grey 2.4m skartings

Well done Build it! Your customer service and assistance is exceptional! From entering the store with assistance and guidance from security to the staff clearly visible on the floor and eager to assist. I never wanted to go to that part of town but after today... Build it is my go to store. Keep up the exceptional standard.
