Loved, loved my pedicure with a friendly Dineo keeping me company whilst sipping on a complimentary red wine. Can't wait for my next visit to Jozi !

Staff were not welcoming - barely greeted meThe beauty therapist called me and didn't introduce herself. I had to ask for her name.The treatment I had was meant to be 45 mins and it was over in about 32.Overpriced and disappointing.

Came in today to do my nails with my sister and the service was phenomenal! I was treated so well and would definitely recommend come here the team is amazing. Rosinda and Nonto had me laughing and I can’t wait to come back next month and update them on my wedding progress

Had to fill - she forgot to push back my cuticles and clean up dead skin so it’s gonna be interesting watching the lift. After the job I had to ask for lotion to moisturize my hands-they were very ashy. She was okay with me just leaving. Reception forgot I also had to wax. The wax went well but I think they forgot to lay a paper towel where I rested my head - maybe they change out the towels in the background. Other than that, I love me a good Sorbet experience.

Sorbet Mall of Africa is the worst salon I’ve been to. I was not happy with the hairstyle I received and for the amount that I paid for it makes it even worse. Their stuff is not professionally trained to do hair it’s like there was a child playing on my head learning how to braid. Worst service I’ve ever received, don’t bother wasting your hard earned money at Sorbet mall of Africa please!!!!

Kiddies birthday treat for the family, wont be going back as they scraped feet raw/ werent interested in the work they were doing/wanted to get us out of there as fast as possible/started late , tried to complain to owner but managers feedback is that owners out of the country, have seen the standards drop over the past 2 years here as we always go as a family treat ... never again

They did an amazing job. So kind and considerate. They were angels and made sure I was satisfied with the final product. My dreadlocks have never looked so amazing.

I was a walk-in client on 29.03.2023 . There were two therapists at reception, one serving a client, the other available. The available therapist ingnored me. About a minute later another member of staff came to assist me. When I was explaining my query, she cut me off before I'd even finished talking. I then requested a Sorbet facial and she told me it's off their menu, asking where I'd seen it. I explained that it is currently on the digital menu,as well as the physical copy in-store. She responded, without looking at the physical copy in-store, the digital copy I'd downloaded is wrong yet ,ironically, it's identical to the physical copy they have.Upon further discussion, she hastily directed me to another therapist,adding, without confirmation, that I wanted a 60-min treatment. The therapist then politely explained that the MOA salon nolonger offers the Sorbet facial, though it still appears on their menu. I was then given a form to fill in, I handed it in at reception without any of the therapists/staff members acknowledging it. I waited several minutes before being attended to, for someone to take the form and to proceed with the next steps.I found it difficult to relax while getting my treatment as a number of therapists were grouped at reception and having a conversation that was loud enough to hear from the enclosed treatment room I was in. Perhaps a maximum m of 2 staff members at reception would be beneficial? Front of house service etiquette would be appreciated.

Best salon ever!! The staff are professional and friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel special and welcomed. Sorbet Mall of Africa is my go to for all things beauty. Thank you Sorebt Mall of Africa.

Sthobekile does my hands and I get compliments all the time. She does a great job all the time. Keeps me coming back. The overall experience is also good.
