#nails - hashtag nails

A bit of a wait, could be better at communicating a waiting time estimation, and a little overpriced. Lady was nice though.

Most (save for about two staff members) act as though they’re doing you a favour as opposed to performing a service when you walk in.The pedicures I’ve had have been so so, my feet are never left feeling fully buffed and my nails dried with bubbles in them the last time I went (last pedicure being around 4 weeks ago) they are well priced compared to sorbet but I do suggest taking your own nail polish if you don’t do gel as they have a poor selection of colours that seem really gloopy when applied.I’ve only ever had an eyebrow wax in terms of waxing and it was just alright I did have to go home and tweeze a few spots myself which is a bit annoying.

Today was my second time going to this salon. The staff are friendly but I highly doubt most of the staff are qualified. Today I had a pedicure with a gel. The beautician messed up my nails, she had made some nails to thick and bulky because she had not been consistent with the painting. I had chosen a very bright color which stands out. I had to give her advice on how to rectify the situation plus my feet had not been correctly buffed. I still have hard skin. Very disappointed

I was a first time client and the experience was not good.1. I asked for the colour palette so that I could choose a colour whilst I wait. I was given a tray of acrylic powders to choose from. As I am doing that one of the nail techs rudely asks her colleagues what I'm looking for in the tray. This was asked in venecular to which I responded back to show that I heard what she said.2. I was quoted R285 for the nails I wanted. After the treatment I was asked to pay R335. I asked why was the price different than what I was told and the responses were very dismissive. The additional amount charged was even more than what they have on the price list.It's very disheartening when service providers are unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Nyasha does a good French mani. I will go again. Salon is functional, no bells and whistles which I liked but the screens between client and technician are filthy. It gives a bad impression. Clean them!

Really lovely nail salon. I love the fact that you don't have to make an appointment and you can just go when you want and can. I came here when they just opened and had a not so great experience. I decided to try it a year and a bit later and I was happily surprised. Tendai did my nails and she was so lovely. Very warm and kind.Really good experience and I will be back as soon as I need a full, just a couple things I would change:1) Maybe employee a receptionist? Technicians get distracted by new customers coming in, trying to find someone to accommodate them.2) Mani chairs should have backs for a more comfortable experience.

Girlfriend went there, they filed her fingers until she bled and filed the nails skew. They were also insanely thick and bumpy, never seen such a bad job done on nails before and the colour they put on was nothing like what she asked for.

Getting too expensive given products they us and ambiance. Too shabby with 8nferior products to he charging the prices they do.
