First off, waited 4 hours for a blood test that they told me will take 1hour. After calling them they informed me the test was finished but not yet send to my Dr (after I specifically asked them to mark it urgent and send it to Dr) went back 2 days later to do the same test, again 3 hours later, nothing. Spoke to one of the staff, who started laughing over the phone while I was clearly upset as to why importent results have not reached my Dr after I asked them again to immediately forward it to my Dr. Just really badly organized and unprofessional

False Covid test results are given to patients impacting work and operations scheduled. The test result was positive and the patient could not have the operation scheduled for 18 March. The first available date is now 12 April.Work had to be re scheduled and patients are upset. A new test was done on 20 March and the covid test was negative. However, the inaccurate test results led to stress and more pain because the operation can only be performed one month later.

Great, fast efficient service. They come to your car. No need to get out, no hassle with extra forms, etc. Only issue is the place is hard to find because Google maps takes you to the hospital side which is the wrong side of the block. You need to turn left after exiting the hospital, at the stop street turn left and the entrance is about 300m futher down to your left.

Just had the worst experience at the covid testing site at Knysna Pathcare. Everyone was so rude and just plain unhelpful. You would think in the times we live in they would want to get as much people tested as possible. Very disappointing.

I just had the most amazing experience at Pathcare. Both staff members were so friendly. The young man who attended to me was ever so gentle and super kind. It was my first time and what an amazing first impression. Thank you so much :)

They have a Covid testing station where they force sick Covid patients to wait up to 10 minutes in the baking sun for them to ready themselves. All the while many many doctors cars sit right in the shade. So a doctor's empty car is far more important than any patient (according to Pathcare).
