Shocking service. I opted for the online chat to make enquiries. I asked about a product, a while later she confirmed that you do sell the product. I asked for prices, it was seen immediately by Cheney, but more than 24 hours later I am still awaiting a response. A simple acknowledgement of the question would have gone a long way. But nothing. Here I am, a day later, wondering if my question was so unreasonable to not warrant an answer.
