I tried to buy a fridge on credit. The credit check took so long that I cancelled the purchase (within the 5 days). I spoke to them 3 times where they phoned me to continue with the credit check where I told them once again to cancel the purchase. Lo and behold the debit order went from my account even though I cancelled the purchase. And I don’t even have the fridge.

Everytime I need to deal with the store I will always get a call back. Promise after promise to call.On the 19th of April the morning I phoned...promise to just give me a call back by the end of the day...no callOn the 20th of April by 12 I call again...they promise by end of day I will receive a call. Just before 5 I call again....no no they will give me a call it's not knock of time yet.I have no issue with the store but I absolutely hate that there is NEVER any communication. Unless you follow up yourself every few hours you will not get that call.
