Called in to get a quote , but the sales persons could not provide me with proper information to send to him for the quotehe got very irritated with me an said we need to get someone else to help us and just end the calli think this is very pathetic of them and would like a manager to call me back as client service is not present is this sales personExtremely bad service and i would not recommend them to anybody

If I could rate them less than a 1 I would. I requested a quote from them and they came out to the site. They promised to send me a quote, by the Thursday 08/09/2022 On the Monday I followed up via email as to when the quote would be ready. Today is the 22/09/2022. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business . . . or maybe I was just small fry to them. I would not recommend them to anyone ever

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from Sign Alliance. The staff was warm and accommodating, and they were helpful to me. Fanie went out of his way to make sure I received my signage on time and in excellent condition!Their standard of work is definitely a cut above all the other signage companies I've tried and tested!
