Service was excellent

I’ve been with this pharmacy for years and all I can say is that the staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don’t have and item they will get it for you and have it delivered. Thanks guys keep up the great service.

Been with this pharmacy for more than 20 years. The friendly and helpful staff render an Excellent service. I normally phone in to ascertain that they have all my medication. Sometimes they do not have it, but assure me that they will order it and it should be ready by the afternoon.Thank you.Muhammad Al-Rashaad

Good clothing and the service is good

Got to Kempark pharmacy and parked. I then called Kempark pharmacy at 17:15. I had my 3 year old daughter sleeping in the car therefore could not go in. I asked them if they had what I needed (1 tub of castor and zinc cream) and how much it was. After helpfully getting the information, I informed the person who answered the call that my daughter was fast asleep in the car and if anyone could perhaps help me out by bringing the cream outside, I would have the money ready. She informed me that it wasn't possible because they were busy. So, I told her I would wait in my car for a parking directly in front of their door which would make it easier to go inside quickly. After this call, I noted possibly 4 people leaving the store. At 17:30 I decided to rather just pick my daughter up and go inside, after which she actually as expected woke up. When I got inside the pharmacy there was not a single customer in the shop. There were at least 3 staff members in the store. When i spoke to the person whom I spoke to on the phone, I told her I thought the pharmacy was busy. So she says it was at the time. Surely, in the 15 minutes I waited in the car, the staff member could have assisted me. This was not the friendliest service I have had at a pharmacy for sure.
