A few suggestions for the spa:- Guests should be offered something to drink on arrival- The music should start at the beginning of the spa session and not towards the end- The oils used did not feel like massage oils and felt more like glycerin- The masseuses should be more gentle, the massage was not so pleasant

It is and it has always been that Nature has given us so much that we cannot even imagine in life and Life on this earth is possible only because of nature around us at all times,So Nature gives us so much to enjoy, so it is our duty always to respect it knowing its importance and not to destroy it for our selfishness. So that the children of man can also enjoy its beauty and take advantage of it whenever time allows, otherwise one day will be when people will be able to see and feel the beauty of this nature on the computer itself.

I had the best stay ever.The staff was amazing they even washed my car.The food is excellent.The spa ladies are amazing they gave me and my daughter the best treatments ever ❤️. I am definitely going to stay here again. Thank you so much for looking after me and my little family so well

Mont d'Or Clarens
I always eat dinner at Mont d'Or when I go to Clarens. It has one of the best views in Clarens so go early to enjoy sundowners. It is a hotel dining room so not vibey but the excellent food and excellent service more than make up for it. And as a often solo traveller I find the bar a nice cosey place to eat. My favorite meals are the Eisbein or Oxtail. Both excellent.

Stylish rooms, only improvement would be a coffee machine in the rooms. But the fireplace, air-conditioning and electric blanket made it super comfortable. Conference facilities and wifi is sufficient. The restaurant offers delicious, generously portions.

Absolutely love the place and will be coming back. The staff is very friendly and accommodates your needs. I loved everything about the place.

Fantastic venue and conference facilities. The views from the hotel terrace are spectacular. The service is also excellent. The food was not on par with the 4 star rating but that may have been due to conference catering.

Enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious and staff was very friendly. My only gripes were that the rooms do show signs of wear, there is no covered parking, and the night stay was quite pricey
