Omg.. The smell is awful! The trainers act like they are Chuck Norris on steroids! I Felt very unwelcome and even though I paid for a month, one day there was too upsetting and I ended up writing off the payment as they wouldn't refund me for even R1.

Bloemfontein Martial Arts Academy
The best way to get fit. It is enduring in the beginning but the results are showing and I am loving it. Love the groups atmosphere and the motivation we get from each other. The trainer knows what he is talking about and actually cares.This gym has helped me with my insecurities and even mental health. Definitely would recommend this gym.

I have trained at this academy for well over 4 years before I moved to another country. It is one of the best I have visited by far. The head of the Academy, Liam is very kind and easy to talk to. He understand exactly what you need and he tries his best to accommodate your personal needs. The classes are hard, but worth it. There wasn't a day that I did not leave fully satisfied with the training. They have a variety of different classes to choose from. Boxing, Self-defense, Conditioning, Karate and so much more.I would not think twice to return to this Academy next time I am in the area.
