Not reliable at all, we asked how long does it take if we order a car part they said 2-3 days then placed an order on Monday paid the full price from Wednesday they have been taking us from pillar to post, today is Saturday i called to check if our order has arrived they keep on saying it will be delivered today they have been singing that song from Wednesday

They claim to benchmark their prices with the once of dealers and OEMs only to find that they even exit them, how can a use item be higher than OEMs. They need to make their research and stop ripping our poor people
