The bed is made with inferior material and you can feel the springs when applying pressure and their no refund policy unacceptable.

Best service ever. Ordered my bed same day around 10am and received it the same day looking the same as advertised and really enjoying my sleep since I bought it 2 years ago.Keep it up RVN Beds

I had a bad experience, I bought my bed in December and it was faulty, I have been calling still no one came to look at the problem as they promised. It's very disappointing on how they are quick to deliver but when there are faults they don't bother to assist. I've thrown my money to the bin and my son is stuck with the bed that is uncomfortable.

They made me wait the whole day just to call after 8 in the evening and said sorry we wil bring your bed tomorrow after we took time off at work to be at home for the delivery Service is very pathetic.

I am beyond furious by the incompetence of your staff! I made an order and paid full amount more than a month ago. I called last week to arrange delivery for today, I called again yesterday to confirm the delivery, I again called today to confirm delivery and guess what there is no delivery and I'm told that they made a mistake for tomorrow. How do you make a mistake when I called so many times confirming the old thing. I am told that nothing can be done as the store is in Pretoria and I am in Johannesburg therefore I must see what I will do or where I will sleep tonight. This completely unacceptable and bad customer service!

I am still waiting for feedback for my below complaint. Looked for you guys on facebook and you decided to delete my complaints and block me. What kind of business are you running if you do not want to assist and solve your clients problems? It's been 3 months already.I've been trying to get help from these guys since January. The lady who I spoke to is not helpful keeps saying she will get back to me and nothing. My bed is less than 6 months old and already it's faulty, makes that irritating sound everytime I turn not to mention the hard mattress. Mind you this was not a budget bed but The Queen Ortho Comfort". Either you give me my full refund or you replace the bed asap with a more comfortable and strong bed. I can't pay that much for a sub standard bed. Please stop ignoring me and attend to this.."

Purchased a bed .. lodged a complaint to advise that the bed base was sinking in as well as the spring was sticking out .. an employee from rvn came to have a look at the bed said that I would get feedback in 24 to 48 hours no assistance received going on 2 months . When I wasn't getting joy from face book messenger I replied on a social media post on Facebook which was deleted instantly. I was then inboxed again to advise that when a driver is in the area a replacement bed would be made available as well the damaged bed would be fetched for repair 11 days later no response again... I reported the issues with the bed well within the first 6 months of purchase. I was advised that workshops close over December and that the complaint will be dealt with early Jan
